NEW CHECK VALVE DN25
We have the pleasure to introduce new high-flow check valve DN 25 type 201003250101 used in support systems of mining powered roof support.
Electrohydraulic control
We are currently offering the newest electrohydraulic control systems.
The main aim of introducing this type control is to increase the coal production per unit of time and reduce the manning of the whole longwall complex through broad automation of the whole coal production process. Of no small importance is also the increase of work safety thanks to a measurement system and the right operation of individual subassemblies of the complex.
Monitoring of system operation parameters allows to obtain in advance information about emergency situations, on the basis of which it is possible to replace or overhaul subassemblies without any production interruptions.
Pilot control
Pilot control is a variant of hydraulic control in which a hydraulic impulse generated by control valve HV4 is sent through a multi channel conduit the so called multi-hose to the execution valve.
We offer this type of control in standard version, where the control valve and the execution valve are separated as well as in compact version.
Direct control system
Direct control is one of the systems used for controlling the sections of a mechanized roof support.
Filtering devices
In order to protect the hydraulic system from impurities that might occur between the supply system and the control system inline filters, (flow filters with slot and lamella cartridge) with filtration accuracy from 20 to 50 microns which allow emulsion flow at the speed of 160 l/min, are used.
Support hydraulics
Support systems are used to protect a section of a mechanized roof support from uncontrolled autogenous withdrawing. Manufactured on the state-of-the-art CNC machines, out of high-quality stainless steel, the single and double hydraulic valves are characterized by reliability and durability at relatively small size.
Main pipelines
Our company has developed and introduced into the market a series of types of own construction high-pressure, quick-assembly pipelines used in the mining industry and other industries. Moreover we continue to produce and develop a series of types of flange pipelines in accordance with the European norms effective in this respect. We plan further development of the designs and sale both on the domestic and international markets.
We offer the most technically advanced main pipelines, so called quick-assembly pipelines, which considerably reduce pressure loses. This solution is based on threaded connections, which enable easy pipeline assembly in underground conditions. The main pipeline system with nominal diameters from DN25 to DN100 with threaded connections is designed to work under the supply pressure of 40 MPa and return pressure of 5 MPa.
High-pressure conduits
We specialize in the production of high-pressure hydraulic conduits with STECKO connections which, together with connectors and control assemblies, are used to build supply and return installations for machines and appliances, in particular for hydraulic systems of powered roof supports.
The connectors i.e. female connectors, male connectors, 90º connectors, T-pieces are used to build hydraulic systems of hydraulically powered machines and appliances, they are made out of free-machining steel. The technology used for production of connectors ensures high quality.
